Putative - API for Stereo Lab

Several users have made a case to modify the existing Stereo Lab codebase so it can be run from the command line.

This will not be implemented until we develop a web-based pay-per-upload/convert/download service version of Stereo Lab. This is code-named Version. 5.

The executable would receive parameters for the input file, output file, and a configuration (a file containing all of the user options and preferences).

This executable will be used as the back-end for our web-based service. At that point, we will provide an API for applications which want to “hook” into the service.
