Hi-Res upscaling

Hi-Res is a precision upscaling algorithm which doubles the sample-rate of single-rate files (44.1/48kHz) and increases the bit depth to 24-bit with a precision dithering algorithm.

Hi-Res may be selected as a specific process or it may be enabled as a default processing for all files within the Settings menu. If the latter method is chosen, it enables a cascade of up to three processes to be implemented in one-pass.
